Free Home Inspection Gift Card – Terms & Conditions

  1. No Cash Value – This gift card has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash, credit, or any monetary refund.

  2. Service Included – This card is valid for one (1) free general residential home inspection performed by the issuing inspection company. The inspection will be conducted in accordance with the Florida Standards of Practice for Home Inspectors.

  3. Service Area – The gift card is valid only for properties located in Escambia County or Santa Rosa County, Florida.

  4. Non-Transferable for Cash – This card may be transferred to another party for use but may not be sold, exchanged for cash, or applied toward other services unless approved by the inspection company.

  5. Scheduling – Inspection appointments are subject to availability and must be scheduled directly with the issuing inspection company.

  6. Additional Services Not Included – This gift card applies only to a standard general home inspection. Any additional services (such as wind mitigation, 4-point inspection, mold testing, sewer scope, drone inspection, or other specialty inspections) are not included and may require additional fees.

  7. Property Limitations – Valid for one residential property inspection only. The inspection company reserves the right to decline use of the card for commercial properties, multi-unit buildings exceeding four units, or properties outside the normal scope of a standard residential inspection.

  8. Expiration – Unless otherwise stated on the card, the gift card expires one (1) year from the date of issue.

  9. Lost or Stolen Cards – The issuing company is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards.

  10. Right to Refuse or Modify – The issuing inspection company reserves the right to refuse service if property conditions present safety hazards or if the inspection cannot be completed due to restricted access, utilities not being on, or other limitations. The company also reserves the right to modify these terms if necessary.

  11. Acceptance of Terms – Use of this gift card constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
